I was first looking for a duvet replacement and came across this one. We switch comforters in spring and summer, where our spring/summer lightweight comforter is actually king (because my boyfriend and I both devour comforters), even though we have a queen. Not only did we need a replacement because feathers in our old duvet were lost and compressed, but we also missed an opportunity to have a larger size. When I saw that they were offering an oversized queen I was intrigued. When I read the packaging upon arrival I was concerned. It comes vacuum packed and was a lot lighter than I expected. I thought this couldn't possibly be the blanket I just ordered. After opening it burst. Washed, dried on delicate and WOW! It's bigger and better than my down, no uneven feather distribution but just as warm if not warmer! It's still a little wrinkled but considering I've only had it a week I think they will fall out easily.
