Not a bad idea. Terrible quality.

I bought this in March 2018 and used it about every week until June 2018. The concept is interesting and delivers what it promises and saves time washing the car. However, don't expect it to perform as well as a real foam gun and pressure washer. However, the issue with this item is the build quality. When I wash my car, I usually wet the car first, then attach the foam canister, lather the part of the car, wash it with a glove, then take off the canister and rinse. Attaching the canister to the sprayer is difficult. There's no "click" to let you know it's properly attached. You have to push it in and then pull back to see if it locks. This often requires two hands on the foam canister, meaning you'll either have to put it down to attach the canister, or hold everything under your arm while you attach the canister and make sure it's secured properly. Same problem when taking off. He doesn't want to go off with one hand. The other issue is the atomizer controls on the back panel, which you use to turn on each atomizer to adjust the output flow. He kept breaking away. There was very little tension on it and it came off easily. I had to constantly look around the driveway, find it, and put it back on. Well it fell off yesterday when I was putting away my car parts and I can't find it. So if I can't find another one that fits, it looks like this item is about to end up in the trash. As a consumer, I would look for a better built one.
