I have been a professional in the automotive industry for almost 20 years and am an ASE L1 Advanced Diagnostics Specialist certified. I can say that this is the best OBDII device I have ever seen. Of course, it won't do much of what the more expensive hardware I'm using ($20,000+) can do, but it's very useful for quick checks and viewing limited lists of real-time data. I use the Piston app for Android and it works very well with it - fast real-time data update rate and good access to freeze frame codes and data. Along with other apps, I use it to monitor my car's fuel consumption in real time. Good job BAFX. I want everything to work just as well for this money.
