This is a TPU silicone protector. It covers the edges and the back. It doesn't cover the buttons, screen, or touchpad. It doesn't interfere with the shoulder buttons at all. It also leaves access to everything unhindered. This makes working with the volume and power buttons difficult, but not impossible. It is exactly the same as similar phone protectors. Protects edges and corners from bumps and doesn't block the screen or ports. It also offers a comfortable grip. Exactly what I needed and wanted. Combined with the right screen and touchpad protection, this is great protection for an amazing PDA.
