Very good shorts for the price. They are listed as race shorts, not casual training shorts. I have trained them many times and had no problems. They were comfortable, didn't chafe, and my butt didn't hurt at all during any of my 50-60 mile bike rides. The pad is small but sufficient for half an Ironman. No issues swimming (putting on or taking off a wetsuit), butt didn't hurt after 56 miles at race pace and I had no issues with chafing while running. I would recommend them to anyone doing triathlon on a budget.
