Good customer service

After getting used to the black stripe, I chose the gray one and it didn't suit me. It was almost an hour before I realized it wasn't going to continue. I then put on the silver and it fit so I spoke to the seller and they sent me a brand new package even though I only wanted the charcoal stripe. It came quickly too! They were very easy to communicate with and excellent customer service. We will order more of them! The quality of the straps is great too!
