Compared to other cameras, this one has some odd features. for instance, the wire from the camera is exposed and sunlight makes it brittle. the mount is integrated and subject to vibration loosening. and finally, the unit is not as happy at night if there are lamps near by, as the circuit needs time to reset after the nearby motion activated lamps come on, and later after they go off. select a location to mount this unit that is not sensitive to the above conditions and you'll be happy with its performance and design.
