Review on πŸͺ Stainless Steel Cookie Press - Classic Edition by Rosemary Wright

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Functional but... on cookie presses

Firstly I suspect this was a previously returned item. When I received it the top of the box was open and the press was fully assembled and looked like it had been used. After a thorough wash, and it should be noted that the edges of the barrel and handle are very sharp, I loaded it with batter. and after struggling to figure out how it works, I started pumping cookies with ease. My dough was too soft but this press continued to make perfect cookies and I was surprised. Also, be careful when using Teflon-coated pans, as they're made of some sort of metal, but "stainless steel" doesn't spring to mind. This press. I also took off a star because the 500 other standard shaped discs I have from previous presses don't work with this press. I'll use it until it breaks, but I probably wouldn't buy it again for the reasons I listed.

Pros
  • Baking tools and supplies
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
