The thing I like most about Workshape is that they have a lot of different types of software developer positions listed. They also have a lot of open positions, which makes it easy to check out different opportunities. It's not always easy to find jobs that fit your skills and experience. Sometimes you get many options, but they are all too general and can't be narrowed down. You can search by location, title, and company size. With this feature, it's much easier to narrow down your choices. You can filter by city or state. This has been very helpful as I'm relocating from one area to another (from California to Florida).
