They also have a lot of open positions, which makes it easy to check out different opportunities. It's not always easy to find jobs that fit your skills and experience. Sometimes you get many options, but they are all too general and can't be narrowed down. You can search by location, title, and company size. The search engine works really well, so I can see if there are any new projects or positions available without having to go through all of them one by one in my email inbox! It's not always accurate though - sometimes it shows too many results that aren't relevant (it also often fails to show some more specific ones).
