The search engine works really well, so I can see if there are any new projects or positions available without having to go through all of them one by one in my email inbox! It's not always accurate though - sometimes it shows too many results that aren't relevant (it also often fails to show some more specific ones). Sometimes you have no choice but to wait until someone adds an item manually via their website instead of showing up as "new". If your looking at this just know what you're searching for and make sure its something applicable before applying. We were able to find work quickly with less effort while still keeping our standards high. I like that it has so many categories to choose from, which provides plenty of opportunities! Also there are some good tools available in order make resumes more appealing; such as adding images or links etc.. There really isn't anything bad about this website either - everything works well with no glitches encountered yet (we use primarily online). If you're looking into finding work within your area then definitely give them try because they have lots options if not all types/categories out their!!
