Review on TOTALFLOW 22421 Straight Through Stainless by Cesar Hubbard

I installed this muffler/resonator very close to the exhaust pipe. He did his job the way I wanted it to. I replaced the main muffler (perhaps by mistake) with a Flowmaster, which at low revs under load produced a somewhat loud sound with too much resonance. After adding this tiny silencer, life is back to normal. Its through-hole design does not restrict flow and dampens sound, nearly eliminating resonance. Installed on Nissan nv2500 4.0. I don't know if this silencer should be used separately. But it is practical because of its size. The 2.25-inch model has an overall size of 12 inches and can easily be scaled down to 9 inches while still being able to be clamped on either side. Much luck.
