It's surprisingly easy to use once you get the hang of the mechanics. My first try was a little hacky because I overfilled the sandwiches and the inside fell out. But the nuances are quickly picked up. Don't overstuff the sandwich, flatten it a bit before slicing and the finished product will be great. The sandwich is sealed on all sides, but the bottom is flat and unperforated; Heads up. But the product does its job well and is cheap.
