It's easy to use and very user friendly. The price is good and you can do all your transactions online without having to be present in the office. I haven't found anything that I really dislike about this software. It has been very easy to learn how to use it and get things done. It's so easy to use and understand that anyone who has basic computer skills can easily operate it. I am able to keep track of all my rentals and customers on one screen. It also allows me to check payments and invoices before they are mailed out and have them emailed to me at the same time.
