That's good but good when thin

Great for the price. Fits perfectly on my 50cc top box scooter. It doesn't get past the wheel hub, but I can live with that, I don't care if the lower half of the wheel gets wet. I somehow attached it to a screw that goes through the hub. I've probably only used it about 10 times. It's not torn or anything, but the nylon material feels pretty thin.
