I have a Lance Cabo and it fits great. I'm not worried about the tire cover, but the rubber strap keeps it tight under the license plate and front fender. And yes, it stayed in place in high winds and heavy rain.

This is a great product at an affordable price! We used it on our little pronto moped and it's great in the wind and rain! The only thing we recommend is to buy some extra elastic cords to fix it more tightly in windy weather and heavy rain.

I use this case for a small electric scooter and it fits perfectly in size and shape. It protects my bike from inclement weather, mud and debris, and it also has two straps that clip around the bottom to keep it in place when it gets windy. A good investment to keep your bike looking good.

You won't find a better cover for a scooter. This is certainly not for a medium or large scooter, just small ones. Think Honda elite size. Don't assume this will work on something that has a storage box. I love it though. Satisfied every need I could have for it and you couldn't beat the price.

Great for the price. Fits perfectly on my 50cc top box scooter. It doesn't get past the wheel hub, but I can live with that, I don't care if the lower half of the wheel gets wet. I somehow attached it to a screw that goes through the hub. I've probably only used it about 10 times. It's not torn or anything, but the nylon material feels pretty thin.

I have bought scooter/motorcycle cases that were too big for my Vespa LX50 but these fit almost perfectly. The case fits well and is snug but easy to put on. However, it does not completely cover the front wheel. I love the look of the suitcase and it has two straps with snap closures to secure it under the scooter.
