I had a problem with my order and contacted Karma Gear customer service. They responded quickly and efficiently. I would be confident in buying from them again because their customer service handled the situation. What I really wanted to point out about this product is that while the bottles are listed as 8.5 ounces, the bottles are actually labeled and can hold 9 ounces. to almost 12 oz. when fully filled. They measure 9 inches at their widest point and are 6 feet tall. I was really happy that they hold more water than advertised as I was planning on taking these bottles on long runs, but you can make sure they are compatible with your hydration belt by measuring. I've had no issues with them leaking while running or falling out of my hydration pack; and I wore them in my hydration belt during a half marathon. They worked great and I was so glad I had them. I filled them half full and put them in the freezer to keep the water cold for the race. Plastic appears to be of decent quality, no complaints. I had an issue with one of the connectors, but Karma Gear Support resolved the issue. [.]
