I bought this bag and at first I really liked it and I took it with me. 2
I bought this bag and initially loved it and took it on a 2.5 week family trip. However, in the end I found that the bag had issues and I had to request a refund at the end of the return period. The bag is sturdy and made of good material, but the zippers are terrible! The teeth of the top zipper parted when the bag was a bit tighter and I had to manually lock it again. And the side zipper keeps getting stuck and refuses to open or close. So now I'm stuck with a broken product.
