Clamp is short
The clip is only about 2.5 cm long and holds very little hair. I have thick hair that takes forever to style. Also, the tip is too small to burn your fingers. the manufacturer is of course aware of this, there is a glove included to protect the fingers, but for god's sake i didn't have to wear PPE to use the hair styler!
