I have had these pans for 7 months now. After two months of ownership I had problems with the flat pan. All pots and pans except the small shallow pan cook easily. EVERYTHING sticks to it, ESPECIALLY eggs! I tried cooking the egg in the pan just to see what would happen and it flipped slightly in the pan and wouldn't stick to it. I think either I have a broken frying pan or they're just not very good frying pans. A grilled pan sometimes has problems with food sticking, but not as much as a regular pan. I usually spray the pan with misospray and use olive oil or avocado oil if that makes a difference. If I could return them I would. The time for my return has expired. I can't find any contact information for Cooklovers customer service either as I just wanted to replace a pan as they have had it for less than a year. Too bad I wasted money on this when I could have spent it on a better set that worked better. Wasn't impressed. To update! I was able to get in touch with the chef by contacting Revane first, they directed me to the chef's email. I was happy to get a response within 2 days of contact. I sent them a photo of my pan and they refunded my bill for about $30. They ran out of a white pan and said I could order a black pot. Of course I want my set to fit, but I'm grateful they went out of their way to look after me and glad they refunded my pan. I'll wait a few weeks before reordering to see if white is still in stock. Isn't, I'll take the black and owe it.
