Works as I hoped.
Used as a poop bag dispenser. It's outside in the garage and we keep plastic bags from the grocery store in it so if the dog poops we can just pick up the bag and pick it up. Works amazing. Under a canopy and despite a very rainy summer, doesn't let any water through at all.
