Review on 🐠 Aqueon 18-Inch Aquarium Water Changer Tube by Kristen Stewart

I bought this for my Aqueon water changer which I have used and loved for several years with no problems. This extension screwed it up. It has a significantly larger outside diameter than the hose that comes with the Aqueon Water Changer. As a result, it just doesn't fit in the slot. I'm very curious to see how the other reviewers made it work. Maybe they were the right size and I had a bad extension cord, or my original water changer is somehow different from theirs. Regardless, I tried to solve the problem by using a dremel to cut off part of the extension tube's outer layer to fit. Well it more or less fitted, but not without cracking a slot on the water changer and almost breaking it. This part cannot be purchased individually and will require the purchase of a brand new hose. I'll use some silicone to plug the crack and hopefully keep using it, but thought I should warn everyone that the extension tube might not actually work. fit with their Aqueon water changer.
