Review on NiteRider Lumina Micro 650: USB Rechargeable Bike Light for Enhanced Safety & Visibility in Road Cycling Adventures by Cody Michels

This micro light is great for daytime use in flash mode for cars to see. However, its performance is not sufficient for safe use in the dark. The road just doesn't shine bright enough to see what's ahead. I almost died on a big rock because I didn't notice in time while driving down the trail in pitch black darkness tonight. I also have a NiteRider 750 that I bought 3 years ago that outperforms this Micro 650. Also note that the Lumina's flash/strobe modes are about 1/2 less powerful than lights bought 3 years ago. I've had so many complaints from runners and walkers on strobe mode that I was blinding them so I've switched to the Micro 650 but will only use this light during the day. Don't take it at night.
