Great for privacy and value - a great option for a renter!

So a person can not establish. read it again This product is NOT SUITABLE FOR PERSONAL INSTALLATION. Regardless, I installed the windows in this particular room on my own. Because of this, these panels are full of bubbles that are visible under overhead lights at night (as seen in the photo). and also, though with lamps, we seldom notice it. During the day, however, the film is a bit more transparent and the bubbles are barely visible unless you're out hunting. We love this film because this bedroom faces the back patio and being our guest room loses all privacy. There is a transparent film that you need to remove. It's hair thin and it's a game of patience and bifocals unless you're under 30. Measure twice. Actually measure three times. Use a felt tip pen to draw the lines as you can always use some acetone on a cotton swab to remove any leftovers after cutting. Carefully cut on a flat surface while someone else presses the foil to avoid stray lines. Start installing by peeling just 1/4 of the panel and aligning at the corners. Align everything evenly, then begin to apply pressure slowly and evenly as you peel back the film. Don't move too fast or you'll get friction burn. And if you remove the foil too quickly and the chain hangs, you'll end up with blisters. You can poke them with a needle if necessary, but it's best to work them if you can. Don't use heat.
