I'm an engineer and the idea of being able to display different pieces of art seems like a great idea. I am a Samsung fan and have 4 other Samsung TVs. Unfortunately, Samsung failed miserably with this product. The TV only has 4GB of storage and pre-installed apps take up most of the space and you cannot delete apps. My TV only has 300MB of graphics space left. After saving about 10 artworks, the vault will be full. Viewing artwork is the main reason I bought this TV. Samsung, what do you think? They produce memory. Storage is very cheap. A 64GB memory card costs $12. Your costs will be lower. I paid $2800 for this TV, could you add more storage? In addition to the storage issue, SmartThings apps are very buggy and lack essential features. You can only save your art in the "Favorites" list. Why not create multiple playlists with your own label so you can display images however you like? Also, there is no option to shuffle or click next during a slideshow. These are the basic features that most music apps have and can easily be applied to art. The Art Store has a very limited selection of only 1400 pieces. In comparison, another site, Artcast, has 50,000 options. Samsung, why can't you compare Artcast? I will return this TV. Samsung, you damaged your brand by launching a poor quality product. I will think twice before buying a Samsung TV again.
