Review on Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3: 15.6 Inch AMD Ryzen Gaming Laptop with RTX 3060 6GB GDDR6 by Anastazja Zawadzka ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overall good, but I expected more, there are disadvantages.

Twice a courier came to me with this laptop and twice, to my greatest regret, I had to refuse the purchase due to unthinkable light at the corners of the screen. At the same time, literally two weeks ago, I bought a Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G2 as a gift for my wife, and there are not even close such problems - the frames are clearly adjusted to the matrix, nothing backlashes and does not light up. Gorgeous laptop. I was very unpleasantly surprised by such a jamb with the IdeaPad Gaming 3. I don’t understand why no one wrote about this here? Either I was so lucky to get into some rare marriage twice in a row, or no one cares. Edited: today I went to a chain store where I had a chance to see several samples of this model range at once. There were no flashes like those that I saw on those brought by the curter. Maybe I was unlucky and got a defective batch. Changed rating from 1 to 3.

Pros
  • Purely in terms of technical characteristics, the laptop should be bomb. Alas, it was not possible to test it in the case.
Cons
  • Lights in the corners of the screen (bottom right and top). When the screen is rotated, the glare intensifies - the frames put pressure on the matrices. In principle, the contact of the plastic with the matrix is \u200b\u200bsome kind of fragile and uneven. The lightest touch causes light.
