Because it did not come in a shipping box, the original box was damaged upon delivery. At times like these when everyone is concerned about COVID-19 and other viruses and bacteria, opening paper towels due to a damaged box prevents you from feeling comfortable and confident using those towels. This can be a great product if delivered correctly. I recommend either placing the original box in another box, or placing the paper towel rolls in the original box, protected with plastic wrap or a bag (from the manufacturer). I will return the item because I don't feel comfortable and safe using it. Revain is great and I hope I find the right solution for it.
