We are very glad to have this product. I gave 5 stars for assembly and installation because I expected it to take effort. It was easy. The main thing is not to cock the winch until all the accessories are in place. We also adjusted the height as we didn't account for the slight curvature in the middle. This is such a fun toy and a real challenge that every child will want to solve. I'm so glad we have it! I'm also glad we were able to install it easily and didn't have to dig post holes in the yard. And we can move it whenever we want. I like that we don't have to do a permanent install.
