OMOTOR Online Store: My Very Disappointing Experience with Them

I recently got a set of brake pads and a new air filter for my motorcycle from OMOTOR online store, and regrettably, my experience with this organization was far from acceptable. In the first place, the website was difficult to understand and tough to browse. It was difficult for me to locate the products that I required, and when I eventually did, the descriptions of the products were lacking, leaving me uncertain as to whether or not the materials were suitable for use with my motorcycle. After I had placed my order, I had to wait for my products for a period of time that was excessively long before they were shipped to me. Despite the fact that the website stated that the items were in stock and would be delivered within a few days, the delivery was delayed for several weeks due to an issue with the shipping company. When the things finally arrived, I was dismayed to discover that the quality of the items was subpar. Despite my careful selection of the appropriate model on the website, the brake pads were paper-thin and weak, and the air filter did not fit my motorcycle properly despite being the exact size. To make matters even worse, I discovered that OMOTOR's customer service was sluggish and unhelpful when I attempted to contact them to obtain a refund or exchange. They did not respond to my emails or phone calls, therefore I had no choice but to continue using the substandard products. My overall experience with the OMOTOR online store was one that was filled with a great deal of dissatisfaction. This is not a business that I would suggest to anyone searching for dependable components for their automobile or motorcycle.
