Let's start with this: This is the first work or home KVM switch I've come across that doesn't have a hotkey to switch between computers. That means it has to be mounted on a table. The wires need to be connected from 2 opposite sides, so cable routing is just not possible. It was ugly, but I finally got it set up with my work laptop and home computer. Switching from 1 to another is sometimes "fast" about 2-3 seconds, sometimes you wait, the monitor goes to sleep, and then if you wait a little longer, no more than 10 seconds, it finally comes to life . I had a laptop screen at the time, so I know he's not sleeping. I gave 2 stars because it works, it annoys me like hell but it works. I will return this torture device as soon as I find something to replace it with.
