This product works great once you get the hang of it! The product comes with only 3 wheels - the last two you will need to fit yourself if you are your anthill but they are not required. I've found that for best results, you use a wrench to make sure you screw it SUPER tight, and then slowly and evenly apply pressure with your hands to the top of the bottle on either side of the blade, slowly turning the bottle to be careful , not to bounce the bottle (if so, throw it away, it won't work) until a thin line can be seen. I also found that you don't need a lot of pressure to get it working. You only need enough to get a fine line. The real work begins when the bottle is heated. Make sure the ALL side of the bottle has been heated slowly and evenly, and then when you switch to cold water, be sure to swirl the bottle quickly under the cold stream to ensure it breaks perfectly. I've found that if you don't heat it properly but leave you with a slight bump or dip in the glass, it's almost perfect. It takes a little practice, but once you get the hang of it, it works great!
