I like that there's nothing to download or install - everything just works! The customer service team was great getting me set up and we've been able to use this product without issue since day one. I don't think I could ask for more with what they provide us through their system. There really isn't anything about this system that I dislike (knock on wood). It has helped streamline our farm process so much. Now that everything is online, we have better visibility into what things cost as well as when supplies should be ordered. We never would have thought about doing inventory before using this program. Our customers have definitely noticed how much time we spend working out supply issues now instead of driving around between fields.
