Scan Avenger Help Desk Rocks
We have 40 SA9100 scanners and have been using them for almost a year and have had no problems to date. There was 1 scanner that refused to transfer to the key so he just emailed Scan Avenger support explaining the problem and Chris from her support replied that we used his fix and the scanner works properly again. We use these scanners 80% of the time to scan QR symbols or regular barcodes and they work great for QR.
