The included drill bit dulled before I had 1 hole finished. This is probably because it was uneven. After renting a good quality hammer drill and drill bit, I drilled perfect holes in the concrete. These screws were incredibly difficult to tighten. My impact driver was only able to drive in about 50% of these screws. The rest will just pause after walking another inch. I ended up having to use a Philips bit on a pry bar to get the torque needed. If you have another option consider another method like wedge anchors or at least get concrete hex bolts which would be easier. to generate the enormous torque required.
