He's doing his job. Installed in 2013 Nissan Xterra S. Not very happy with the fact that there are no screw holes on the top. Basically it's just a big, thin tab that just aligns the top. I had to add washers so it wouldn't fall out during installation. Otherwise a solid and usable kit. There is a problem that you have to literally break off unnecessary parts to install them. In my case the underside of the brackets are for the Nissan Titan and will certainly not fit unless they are cut off or snapped off. By snap I mean I screwed it to my head radio and then bent it to the edge of the case. Once installed, it looks very nice and takes up the extra space left by the factory hole. Considering it replaced a gasket I made out of a dollar store trash can, I can't complain about the looks.
