PRO:1. Arrived on time.2. Fits my butt.3. Easily attaches to the base plate, comes with built-in screw holes so you only need to attach the plate.4. WHITE, keeps the seat cool when the SUN hits it. There's nothing worse than burning your feet on a vinyl seat to ruin your fishing trip. CONS: 1. Vinyl makes my butt sweat so I'll have to find a seat cover soon. 2. Not REALLY soft filling so after a year or so it will be flat and like you're sticking a pole up your butt.3. Needs repairs in a few years. OTHER: 1. BUY if you want low temperature seat.2. DO NOT BUY if you want a really soft seat, the padding is thin.
