Review on 🧹 Tineco A11 Hero Cordless Lightweight Stick Vacuum Cleaner - Ultra Powerful 450W Motor for Carpet, Hard Floor & Pet Hair by Kimberly Lee

I was a little confused by the Revain reviews because the product descriptions were conflicting, with one description implying that the A11 Hero came with two batteries and lots of accessories. In fact, there was only one battery and fewer accessories described in some descriptions. However, this confusion does not detract from the performance of this amazing vacuum cleaner. Here are my observations: PROS o Very quiet engine. My cats don't panic when I turn on the vacuum. o Excellent suction power, even at the lowest power level. o Accessories are very good. The nozzle for cleaning the filter is just awesome! o Excellent multi-filter system - all the filtered dust is effectively captured by the equipment. o Large floor nozzle with brush works very well on my parquet floor. In addition, the design is excellent as the roller can be taken out of the housing for cleaning. The nozzle features LED lights ideally placed to spot dust on the floor. Perfect. o The smaller nozzle, also with a powered roller, is very effective at removing cat hair from bed linen and furniture - the best I've found! o Cleaning tool with a blade for cutting hair wrapped around the roller is very convenient. o The weight and balance of the vacuum cleaner is very good. Staying for a certain amount of time is not tiring. CONS: o Battery doesn't last very long on high settings. With two batteries that would not be a problem. o Small problem: There are small gaps in the structure that are difficult to clean. You need to buy a small cleaning brush. Therefore, I can definitely recommend this vacuum cleaner. It's not cheap, but performance is on par with Dyson, which is a lot more expensive. In my opinion, the ergonomics of the Tineco are also better than those of the Dyson: better balanced and lighter. Certainly Dyson could have a little more performance for a much higher price. I'd like two batteries, but I don't think that's a serious problem. My overall impression is that this is a well thought out, superbly designed and efficient vacuum cleaner. Excellent value for money and quality. Updated 03/16/2021. Today the lock on the power button is broken. I called Tineco support and they said they would send me a replacement (main motor housing) as the cleaner is under warranty. Support said they would email me and ask for a picture of the broken component and a serial number. I received an email a few minutes later and responded with an attached picture and a serial number. An hour later, Tineco support emailed me that a replacement part was being prepared to be shipped to me. Amazing customer service! Great service, great product, great company.
