I train regularly and have developed my own pre-workout formula using various powdered ingredients, each weighing between 3 and 8 grams. I needed a small but accurate scale that would allow me to quickly measure these small amounts. I got this to try and it's amazing. It is very sensitive and immediately registers the amount with an accuracy of 0.1 g. The output is small but clear. The top closes to keep the scale clean and there are instructions on the inside of the lid should you need them. It's very intuitive to use and doesn't do anything fancy - it just measures small amounts quickly and accurately. It now has a permanent place in my workouts. I recommend it.
