The Baoruith Elite Muscle Massager is very similar to the Theragun Elite Massager - only about half the price (at the time of this review). It includes a few more pressure adapters, but doesn't have an accompanying phone app (not that I use it anyway). The Baoruith instruction manual is useless - it doesn't tell you which attachment to use for different types of compression. I ended up reading the Theragun manual to understand how to use similar decoys. The massage gun is easy to use, I had no trouble removing and applying (although they fit snugly) and the run time on each charge. it's a few hours. At half the price of similar massage guns, this is a winner - all you have to do is research the investment and use what's worth the savings online.
