The knife arrived in a nice box and packaging. The mere presentation of this knife is enough to buy it as a gift. The knife is absolutely great. The blade is insanely sharp. I stroked his arm and he shaved off all his hair. It was a factory edge. The engraving on the side really makes this knife stand out. The tapered pakkawood handle is beautiful and very comfortable to hold. All of this makes this knife worthy of 5 stars, but add in Dalstrong's customer service and they deserve 10 stars! Dalstrong's customer service is outstanding. I had a small problem and emailed the company directly. They responded quickly and fixed the problem. Every email from Dalstrong was handwritten (no canned messages). Dalstrong is a great company that makes great products. If you have any doubts about Dalstrong, don't waste a minute, buy a knife now!
