
It might not matter for grating cheese, but if you look for something to grind nuts like I'd did, be aware that you'll end up with inconsistent results. Most of the output is fine enough but you'll also end up with chunks that are way too big for baking.I think this is because the cutting drum has too much play in the housing.I ended up sifting the ground nuts through a fine strainer and grinding what was left through my Zyliss cheese grater.I also had quite a bit of ground nuts falling on the counter because the barrel is too short to reach into a bowl far enough.Overall quality seems decent and other than the limitations above, it worked well.
