Customer Service DOES NOT EXCHANGE this product. The knife blade itself looked pretty good. Clean and strait. But the tang had enough of a bend on it that I was concerned about getting a quality fit for the type of handle I am adding. I wanted to exchange it, but they only take refunds. Then you have to REORDER the knife. I would assume it's the same with any knives from this manufacturer.
