I would give 5 stars but as this is my first time trying to embroider the instructions are not suitable for beginners. It comes with instructions but they are confusing for a newbie like me. The manual also needs to be updated as it contains many typos. But otherwise no complaints regarding the quality of the goods, packaging, lack of damage and all 4 advertised projects received!
