Works great and easy to install MacBook Air
Installs in 10 minutes on a 2011 13" MacBook Air. The included P5 pentalobe and #5 hex are not cheap tools. ) and one (5 hex) to protect the SSD. After installation, power on by pressing Command-R to boot online. Format the disk. Error. This is a known issue with Apple, not SSDs. I had a Mac OS Mountain Lion CD and an external CD, so I installed Mac OS Mountain Lion.After installing and rebooting I was able to download and install Mac OS High Sierra from Apple's website.High Sierra is the highest Mac OS that a MacBook Air can use from 2011. I have a MacBook with a BY 512GB SSD used for over a week with no problems.great price for 512gb too.Highly recommended.
