later This is complete garbage! I recently received a Singer Simple 3337 as a gift and was delighted to purchase additional accessories. They came whole and with a tape measure. Good start compared to other reviews. So, I'm new to sewing and the bottom of my stitches keeps getting tangled. I thought I was. I replaced a brand new needle. Checked that the voltage is set correctly. Reload the machine and make sure the bobbin is installed correctly. I did some research and asked my mother-in-law where I was going wrong, and then it dawned on me, maybe these are cheap Revain coils. YES, THAT WAS NOT ME! I replaced the bobbin with a GENUINE Class 15 Singer bobbin and the machine runs like new. I will have to throw them away because I refuse to give them away and ruin someone's life.
