In general, to live and be happy. But a week later, a knock appeared in the driving mechanism, similar to a loud ticking. A week later! In my opinion, the service life is not enough for a device for 20 thousand. At high speeds, this sound drowns out the noise of the fan, but at low speeds, at night in silence, it's just hellishly loud, it's impossible to sleep under this knock. Sometimes it is quieter, not like a ticking, but like a running pump, such a fuh-fuh, fuh-fuh. Then at least you can fall asleep under it. And so - either turn it off at night, which nullifies the whole point of this device, because heating during the night will dry the air a lot, or try to fall asleep to the noise at the second speed, which is also not very comfortable. And no, it's not the sponge, as they wrote here in one of the reviews - this knock is in the mechanism, it knocks even when the upper part is completely removed and does not come into contact with the sponge. Of course, I will call the service, take it for diagnostics, pick it up, and it’s good if they fix it, and don’t say that there is no knock and everything is fine. But in general, for that kind of money, I would like not to have all this crap. In general, the quality is very disappointing, I expected better. If I had known that this would be the case, I would have continued to use the old Venta, the mechanism also began to knock over time, but at least everything is open there and you can spray with VD-shka and the knock will stop.
