The ability to access leads from the cloud, as well as have them available offline is very useful. I think it would be great if they had more templates to choose from as some of my previous companies did not offer as many options. Having everything in one place makes things much easier than having different apps or websites for each task. It has been extremely helpful with our sales process. We are able to capture data about potential clients at an early stage which allows us to make better decisions down the line.
