If you have a small family or individual this is a good option for preparing large meals ahead of time for freezing and a healthier fast food option. Our family loved the broccoli casserole, but unless it's a big family most of it goes to waste because it just doesn't taste as good as leftovers. These pans allow me to pre-cook, pack, and freeze to make one-size-fits-all servings. If your man has a big appetite, you can make 2 for him. Not the biggest pan but a decent portion. We only cook what we need to save on grocery costs, but I read labels and don't like feeding my family food that requires me to google the ingredients to find out what it is. If you want to cook more with real ingredients, I recommend these pans. They will discolour over time and use unless you hand dry them after each wash, but have held up well to repeated use. They freeze and cook well and were taken straight from the freezer to our cooker with no prior thawing. Would have given 5 stars but felt the size in the description can be misleading. Disposable pans aren't big enough for two people unless they're eating very small portions.
