The first picture shows our first indoor grill. The taste of the lobster was really a surprise. We didn't add spices or salt. All the flavors have been sealed in the lobster shell, so we'll never want to eat a grilled lobster meal at a seafood restaurant again. Twisted ribs, meat, and veggies are also great choices for this home grill. For a homemade skillet, we like to cook shrimp with mushrooms and veggies. We use this homemade grill and pan at least 3 times a week. The temperature control and heat distribution are so well thought out that you don't have to worry about overcooking or smoking.
