This is a nice little fan, more airflow than I expected from a small fan. I didn't comment on the battery life as I haven't used it long enough to know what the battery life is. My only criticism of this fan is the power button. Should be more recessed in the fan housing. I had a fan in its box in my car and suddenly I heard a strange noise and it was the fan running in its box. I realized that the "on" button could be activated as easily as just hitting the sides of the box with the fan. Also when I turned it off and put it on the table the 'on' button was re-enabled by itself as it protrudes too far from the fan housing and is easy to press. Now I installed it so it wouldn't happen, but I was afraid that it would trip so easily while the box is running that it might generate too much heat for even the battery device and fan, creating a fire hazard. The battery can die, but any motor running in a tight little space (box) that could be paper is a hazard. Hopefully they'll redesign this one issue and just sink the power button further to prevent accidental presses. Overall, as far as the product goes, I'm very happy with it and recommend gently holding the back panel on a flat surface to avoid accidentally pressing the "on" button.
